Test collections from the TREC Genomics Track
are available for research puropses. The data for each year are
described on pages for each year of the track:
The documents in the test collection are protected by a data use
agreement. If you wish to obtain the data for research purposes, please
complete the Organization
Application to use the Genomics Information Retrieval Text Research
Collection form and fax it to the TREC Data Supplier at NIST The
fax number is

following
- MEDLINE ad hoc retrieval 10-year subset from 2004-2005
- Highwire full-text catregorization
3-journal collection from 2004-2005

collection from 2006-2007
- MEDLINE question-answering subset of
Highwire 2006-2007 full-text collection
- Your organization name
- Your email address
The login/password will be sent to you. Please retain the Individual Application
to use the Genomics Information Retrieval Text Research Collection
form for your records.
