- The 2007 track is the final year of the TREC Genomics
Track. Thanks to everyone who participated in and/or contributed to the
track over the years! The email list and Web site will continue to be
available. If you
want to be added to the email list,
contact the
track chair, William Hersh. The
track test collections can still be obtained by following the the
instructions below.
- There is a Call for Papers for
a special
issue of Information
Retrieval devoted to Information
Retrieval in Biomedicine - The
TREC Genomics Track. The paper deadline has been extended by a
week to April 7, 2008. Please
submit high-quality, well-written papers!
- The 2007
track overpaper is available.
The goal of the Text Retrieval
Conference (TREC) Genomics Track is to provide a forum for
evaluation of information retrieval systems in the genomics domain.
