OHSUMED Update

Recent work with the OHSUMED test collection has identified about eight
misspellings in the original query file, "queries".  Ironically, they seem to
have only modest effect of baseline performance.  Correcting them changes the
11-point average on a SMART 11.0 run using ann.atn weighting from .2316 to
.2592.

There is a new query file on the FTP site medir.ohsu.edu in the /pub/ohsumed/
directory.  It is external to the compressed files that make up the rest of the
test collection and is called "queries2".
